Getting Started:
Consultation:
A complimentary consultation comes with every training package. Here Kate will sit down with you to understand your individual goals, and discuss with you what it will take to get you to those goals. Consultations also serve the purpose for Kate to get to know you, and make you feel comfortable and confident in the new adventure you both will share.
Assessment:
An assessment is a guide to your future training program. Kate will take the time to assess your current fitness level, body composition, movement patterns, imbalences, strengths and weaknesses and much more.
Program Design:
The program design is the meat and potatoes of your training. With good program design, success is the number one top priority. Kate has the knowledge and skills to design a program for each individual based on their goals and the assessment results. Kate will take the time to map out program design monthly, and make sure you are both on the same page to effectively implementing the perfect program for success.
Training:
This is where the hard work begins and ends. Every session you share with Kate she will devote 100% of her time, effort, and energy. Training is where you will put in your hard work, and leave every session with a sense of achievement.
